AI Agents Startup
AI strategy, automation architecture, and brand identity for an AI agents startup. I defined their positioning, built 10+ AI automations as their operational backbone in n8n, and shipped the consulting website as one integrated engagement.
The Challenge
The startup had powerful AI agent technology: autonomous multi-step workflows, API integrations, and intelligent task routing. What it lacked was the foundation underneath. No brand. No positioning. No automation infrastructure. Operations ran manually across the board. They needed someone who could work across brand, product, and technology at once, not just a designer or just a developer, but one person who could connect all three.

What I Delivered
AI Automation Architecture: 10+ n8n Automations
I designed and built 10+ AI automations as the operational backbone for the startup's internal operations in n8n, including:
- Lead routing. Inbound leads are scored and assigned to the right team member automatically.
- Notification pipelines. Real-time Slack and email alerts fire on user actions and form submissions.
- Data enrichment. Company and contact data is pulled from external APIs to populate CRM records automatically.

Brand Strategy & Positioning
I defined the startup's brand from the ground up: voice, visual identity, and market positioning. I translated deep technical capabilities (autonomous agents, multi-step orchestration, and API chaining) into clear, benefit-driven messaging for both technical buyers and non-technical decision makers. The result is a strategic narrative that makes complex AI feel tangible and trustworthy.
AI Agent Consulting
I provided architecture and UX consulting for their core AI agent product. I advised on interaction patterns, user flows, and how to surface autonomous agent behaviour in ways that build user trust and confidence. The work bridged the gap between what the agents can do and how users actually experience it.
Consulting Website
I designed and shipped the consulting website as one integrated deliverable, the public-facing expression of the brand strategy. It is built with modern frontend tooling and deployed on Vercel, with Supabase handling backend data and form submissions. I used Claude Code for rapid development and Anti Gravity for the design-to-code workflow.

Outcome
This was a complete strategic and technical engagement, spanning brand positioning, automation infrastructure, and a shipped consulting website. The startup went from powerful technology with no public presence to a clear brand, an automated operational backbone, and a conversion-focused website that communicates exactly what they do and why it matters.
The most impactful work happened when brand, product, and technology were designed together rather than handed off between separate teams. One person owning all three meant faster iteration, stronger coherence, and nothing lost in translation between disciplines.
