Led AI strategy, automation architecture, and brand identity for an AI agents startup - defining their positioning, building their operational backbone, and shipping the consulting website as one integrated engagement.
The Challenge
The startup had powerful AI agent technology - autonomous multi-step workflows, API integrations, intelligent task routing - but no strategic foundation underneath it. No brand. No positioning. No automation infrastructure. Manual operations across the board. They needed someone who thinks across brand, product, and technology - not just a designer or just a developer, but someone who could connect all three.
What I Did
Brand Strategy & Positioning
Defined the startup's brand from the ground up - voice, visual identity, and market positioning. Translated deep technical capabilities (autonomous agents, multi-step orchestration, API chaining) into clear, benefit-driven messaging for both technical buyers and non-technical decision makers. Created the strategic narrative that makes complex AI feel tangible and trustworthy.
AI Automation Architecture (N8N)
Designed and built the automation backbone powering the startup's internal operations using N8N:
- Lead routing - automatically scoring and assigning inbound leads to the right team member
- Notification pipelines - real-time Slack and email alerts triggered by user actions and form submissions
- Data enrichment - pulling company and contact data from external APIs to populate CRM records automatically

AI Agent Consulting
Provided architecture and UX consulting for their core AI agent product - advising on interaction patterns, user flows, and how to surface autonomous agent behaviour in ways that build user trust and confidence. Bridged the gap between what the agents can do and how users experience it.
Consulting Website
Designed and shipped the consulting website as one integrated deliverable - the public-facing expression of the brand strategy. Built with modern frontend tooling, deployed on Vercel with Supabase handling backend data and form submissions. Used Claude Code for rapid development and Anti Gravity for design-to-code workflow optimisation.
